Bio
I am a 20+ year survivor of Bipolar Disorder with a passion for helping people (including myself) better understand mental illness and the challenges of living with mental illness. My life revolves around my family and being an advocate to promote better health for my community. I love traveling and checking things off my 501 Must See Cities list (you can also follow me on Instagram at Gogirl1traveler).In 2016, I added pancreatic cancer survivor to the list of been there done that's and now I am living on the other side of cancer as I continue to beat the odds in many areas of my life. I strive to find ways to help myself and others live a healthFULL life.
