Bio
"MY ANDY WARHOL '15 minutes of fame' WAS WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE FEATURED ON THE COVER OF 'Money Magazine.' I WAS IN MY 20s."
AND TERRI'S DESIGN REPUTATION HAS STEADILY GROWN, with prestigious projects such as the graphics redesign of the Seattle Coliseum. Meetings with architects were conducted around the dining room table, while a scale model of the Coliseum sat on the baby grand piano.
DURING THE 1980s, after forming a team with three colleagues, Terri's team was selected over an impressive pool of advertising agencies and public relations firms by the Washington State Centennial Commission to plan and execute the state's celebration of an historic year.
TERRI'S FOOD EXPERIENCE ISN'T LIMITED TO EATING. For more than 20 years, Terri produced many dozens of labels for Pacific Pearl Seafoods, Jonah Seafoods and Chicken of the Sea, working with photographers and food stylists to shoot hundreds of images.
IN THE 1990s SHE FOCUSED ON PUBLICATIONS including annual reports and magazines for the Seattle Water Department, Harborview Medical Center, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Virginia Mason Medical Center, Safeco, Children's Hospital and Lakeside School. She's art-directed more than 300 photo shoots of food, editorial and commercial products and services.
CORPORATE IDENTITY CRISIS? Terri has handled rebranding efforts for large institutions such as Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, as well as many smaller companies. She has expertise in logo development, graphic standards and extension of the corporate mark to myriad applications.
NEW TECHNOLOGY IS A PASSION. Terri stays abreast of new software applications, color trends, and changes in technology. She has designed websites, written creative strategies for companies and individuals, beta tested for Adobe and other companies, and served for five years as a brand influencer for Verizon.
HER WORK HAS RECEIVED DOZENS OF PROFESSIONAL AWARDS, and she's managed budgets from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Terri can take a project from concept to design to production and manage all of the details. And she does it well.
