Bio
I am a Husband to my Beautiful wife of 25 years, father of 5 Awesome kids, an amateur runner & cyclist. My fitness journey has been fueled by my motivation to lose weight, reduce my health risks associated with a lack of regular exercise and see just how far I can push myself to accomplish my fitness goals.
