Bio

I want to look in the mirror with admiration, not disgust. I want to look forward to a meal and not worry about the downward spiral that it may provoke. I want to take all this chronically self obsessive, self conscious nonsense out of my head once and for all. This blog is an attempt to give a voice to my battle with acceptance of self.
