Janette James is a professionally trained fine-art photographer specializing in creating original, artistic and natural pregnancy portraits, newborn portraits and baby portraits.
A master in controlling natural light Janette creates beautiful and stunning portraits that are simply and exquisitely unforgettable. Dedicated to her art, Janette is constantly working on her craft, striving to give every client a unique portrayal that will remain a treasured piece of art for a lifetime.
As a fine-art photographer Janette's work has been selected in numerous competitions and exhibitions in galleries across America. She works primarily in digital and loves the diversity and creativity it allows; however, originally trained in film, many of her exhibited fine-art photographs were shot by film and processed by her hand in the darkroom. She is happy to shoot in any medium if requested.
Janette is available for photography shoots in New York City (NYC), Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties in New York (NY), Hudson Valley (NY), Long Island (NY), Connecticut (CT) and New Jersey (NJ)
