Bio
Ferooze Ali served as an Assistant Secretary for the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs between 2009-2012. His first desk was at the Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam desk (CLMV). In 2010, he moved to the Middle East Peace Process Department until 2012 - where his tenure with the Malaysian Government ended.
From June 2012 - August 2015, Ferooze advised the British High Commission, Kuala Lumpur, on public affairs as the Government Liaison. He played varied roles, pertinently in navigating through the Malaysian Bureaucratic system. He also lobbied calls for British Ministers and officials during their working visits.
Ferooze completed his Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) from the University of Tasmania, Australia. He holds an MA in Diplomacy Studies from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Likewise, he completed his Phd (Pol Science/IR) in 2022 from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
