Objective(s):
To develop and teach the benefits of aesthetic expression, movement, photo-therapy, poetry, and music appreciation as method of promoting the healing process. To also facilitate and encourage relaxation techniques (stress management), wellness, coping skills, self-confidence, behavioral modification, and self-awareness.
