Bio

I'm Simon Roshdy and i started up The Diet Kitchen, for as long as i can remember my passion has been nutrition and in particular, cooking. I've professionally worked as a nutritionist and a chef separately and so i decided to combine the 2 and that's how The Diet Kitchen came about.
