Bio
I've just completed my Ed.D. (Educational Administration), and look forward to academic employment that embodies research, teaching, and administration. My thesis is entitled, "Teacher Candidate Diversification through Equitable Admission Policy Reform". The doctoral journey has been an amazing amalgam of discovery, challenge, and opportunity. As a member of CSSE since 1996, and CCGSE Co-President (1996-1998, 2006-2008) I'm thrilled by the way that CCGSE has evolved and envision this blog as a way for students across Canada to inform and mentor each other during the doctoral process. Thanks to Lori Friesen for supporting the idea! I look forwrad to hearing from you all.
