Hello, my name is Karen. My husband has recently been diagnosed with multiple food intolerances (gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, yeast and some more random ones like Zinfandel grapes and redbush tea, neither of which he drinks). In addition I have to avoid soya since a bout of hormone-sensitive breast cancer (of which I have mercifully and happily recovered). This makes feeding an adult man and two girls under 12 without compromising on nutritional value, let alone taste, a bit of a challenge. Multiple food intolerances appear to be on the increase but I have found that most recipes catering for food intolerances contain at least one or more banned ingredients. That's why I would like to share my recipes, recipes that I have tweaked or radically adjusted with the many of you who have faced a food intolerance at one time or another and hear your experiences too!
