Bio
210 lbs down. I give all thanks to God and discovering the Keto diet. My new mission is sharing what I have learned and doing my best to inspire others to take control of their own body and mind to achieve what you thought once impossible. If I can do it you have the power within you to do it. A diet can only take you so far. That's only the first step. The next step is taking action now and not tomorrow.
