Bio
Hi! I'm a mother of 4, wife of 1 ;) and lover of food! I was born and raised in the heart of Cajun Country! Growing up in South Louisiana has given me the unique opportunity to experience a culture that most would love to have a taste of. I have a strong reverence for food and its preparation.
If it's not made with love, it's not worth eating or sharing.
After moving away and landing in a burb of Raleigh, NC, I appreciated my foodie upbringing even more. The area may be known for many things....but a foodie scene isn't one of them.
Today, I'm a personal chef and surrounded by wonderful foodie friends from across the country.
We all share the same passion.......FOOD.
