Dynamic professional with over 17 years’ experience in human resources, organizational development, and change management within the Information Technology industry focusing on corporate IT training, and software implementation of Human Resource Technology Solutions (HRIS, CRM software, digital learning solutions) supporting business’ strategies while optimizing employee engagement and productivity and minimizing resistance through technology.
• Implementation OCM: Process-oriented (implementation of IT software to maximize workforce productivity); talent management (coaching & training); and cultural (shifting behaviors to facilitate employee engagement in new products or services).
• Black-box testing/Software Testing/Implementation examined the functionality of various applications without peering into its internal structures or workings: applied virtually to every level of software testing: unit, integration, system and acceptance.
