I’m TJ, a Chicago-based lawyer, writer, diversity and inclusion advocate, community activist, lesbian, black girl, runner, and an aspiring Ph.D in sociology and law professor.
My personal mission is to identify, teach, and manifest the power of self-revelation for marginalized persons. In that regard, the goal of this blog is to empower and inform readers to pursue personal and professional greatness, individually defined and cultivated.
