Bio
I love to partner with wise leaders and their organizations to create multidimensional wisdom and powerful leadership presence for a thriving world. With a special focus on developing the wise women leaders the world so desperately needs, my Wisdom and Power of Women Leaders programs have engaged hundreds of women in the United States and Europe since 2003.
As Director of The Wisdom Connection, I partner with leaders and their organizations to help them accomplish their missions. The women in our programs create a multidimensional leadership presence for themselves and to benefit the world. A well-known speaker, my retreats and forums engage businesswomen in the United States and Europe to recognize the necessity of their wisdom, power and leadership for a thriving world.
In addition, as Principal of Communicore Consulting, I am an executive coach and consultant bringing experience and expertise to the field of organization development.My clients develop wise leadership – the skills, strategies, and presence to cultivate teamwork, committed performance, and effectively drive needed changes. I speak at conferences and annual meetings on wise leadership, emergent change, and spirit in business.
A published author in the fields of organizational change, wise leaders, and the invisible sides of leadership, I was selected to be in the Transforming Work and Transforming Leadership books, and recently in Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women. I am a Fellow of the World Business Academy and a Founding Board member of the Spirit in Business Global Institute.
Because of a passion for spirit-based whole-child education I co-founded the GreenWood School in 1992, an innovative Waldorf inspired elementary school.
My two young-adult children, husband, cat and dog bring me great joy when at home in Mill Valley, California, where I have lived for over 20 years.
