Bio
Thiago Viola is responsible in Latin America for the IBM Cloud Platform revenue and the sales go-to-market transformation.
Over the course of his nearly 20 years at IBM, Viola has held various leadership roles across the IBM business throughout the Enterprise, Digital, and Services world. In his previous role, he led the IBM Cloud Platform Brazil, the first MZR (Multi Zone Region) in LA engaging the IBM team and business partners around emerging opportunities in Cloud, Analytics, AI, IoT, Systems, and Security.
Under Viola's leadership, Cloud revenue returned to growth as the result of a series of transformation initiatives that simplified the sales perspective, prospecting methodology, and partner experience expanding business through new offerings, programs, and resources.
Graduated in Information Systems, with MBA in Cloud Architecture, Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson University in Boston-USA, and Executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral. He also is a Cloud Computing MBA Teacher at (FIAP) one of the Top Technology universities in Sao Paulo.
