Bio
I love to write, paint, read, and do crafts, but my greatest love is my (14-yr-old) puppy Yoda, a corgi-shepherd mix. I also have a pretty great husband who keeps my feet (at least one foot) on the ground when my head is up in the clouds. I tend to be a magnet for weirdness. I once considered this a curse, but I've grown to see it as a blessing. Maybe accepting my own level of ... we'll call it eccentricity, has helped.
I'm also very spiritual, both in the sense of Judeo-Christianity and Paganism (I blame it on my libra rising--a strong belief in weighing things out--balance, even though I don't really believe in horoscopes. Much. Gotta draw a line somewhere, right?)
Practical me is a constitutional conservative who cringes at big government and control. I'm more of a libertarian than a republican. However, I'll try to keep politics quiet here.
Mostly, this site is where I express my thoughts--hopefully with a humorous style. My life has been an amazing journey of weirdness, beauty, and love, and even though I'm 60 upon this writing, I look forward to many more years of the mystical, spiritual, weird and unique, beauty, love, and creative, and sublime. Please come along.
