Bio
In 1989 I purchased a timeshare in Panama City, Florida. A few months later they changed how the program worked. Suddenly it didn't work for me any longer. I told them I wanted out, they told me to bad. In the paperwork I signed, I agreed to the fact they could change the program at any time to better suit their owners.
I quit paying, they harassed me daily. Finally a representative told me I was out. Until next year, they began the harassing phone calls again. It went on for years, they placed a foreclosure on my credit. After 7 years they left me alone. But had ruined my credit.
So I did what most people wanted to do, I went to work in the timeshare industry, learning all of their dirty little tricks and how they get around their lies. So now I help the owner who has been the victim of misrepresentation. I know how to get under these timeshare company's "skin" and get you out.
