Tonya L. Moore – is a 20+ year entertainment veteran with an extensive background of experiences throughout the creative industries of art, fashion, and music. As the principle PR consultant of TLMPR she is able to provide Project Management under 3 tiers of services: Set Design, Artist Relations, and Event Production.
