Bio
Formerly the Lean Sensei for a major healthcare insurance company, I moved into a Customer Experience Leader role during 2013. I continue to be passionate about sharing the teachings of Lean and helping others learn and apply these concepts and I'm constantly amazed at how much philosophy and how many concepts Lean and Customer Experience share.
