I am who I am, and that my friends is a Gypsy! A nomad in love with distant and uncharted places…wandering the World in search of new experiences and connections. Inspiring you to enjoy the little things in life, Smile often, dream BIG and refuse to settle for anything less than AMAZINGNESS!
I ♥ life! I am extraordinary (or maybe just a little irregular) I like to keep my mind and body in constant motion. I am a thrill seeker, living life to the fullest! I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living. It’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.
I Travel as much as possible. Just taking life one day at a time enjoying each moment regardless of what I’m doing.I love meeting new people, making others laugh and providing daily inspiration to brighten other’s future. I started Traveling Gypsy Adventures because I was finally at a place in my life where I felt at peace and was full of contentment. I wanted to help others feel this way, but didn’t know where to begin….Eureka! A light bulb began glowing brightly above my head and ta da! Here I am today! In the beginning I was a bit overwhelmed trying to decide where to begin, but the best way to get going is to just dive in headfirst, blindfolded and see where it all may lead…so I did! I knew everything would begin to fall into place.
Traveling Gypsy Adventures was created to inspire a worldwide community full of every size, shape, sex and color, who loves to seek adventure and live the most amazing, happiest, productive, wonderful life they can possibly live. My messages may mean something different to each and every one of you, but the goal is to get your brain into gear and your life going in the direction you’ve always dreamed of. Traveling Gypsy Adventures is a news source for everyday inspirations, a resource for great ideas, amazing adventures (BIG or small), everyday problem solving, a portal for unique connections, and unforgettable memories. Traveling Gypsy Adventures is a place to relax your mind, feel free, enlightened and ready to take on the World! This is not an exclusive club…everyone is invited! Traveling Gypsy Adventures is for all of us to grow together through life-changing experiences, fun, challenges and relationships!
I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can’t make it through one door, I’ll go through another door – or I’ll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present. I am inspired by nature’s boundless variety of beauty, the connection I see between people, the warmth of the sun, and my playful cat Nevah. I love vibrant colors, star gazing, the feel of grass underfoot, rustic country scenes, and all things vintage. My favorite inspiration of all is getting lost in a daydream…
I am influenced by the people of everyday life that I bump into along my journey. I enjoy all people, every size, shape and color. Open minded, happy, good hearted, spontaneous people that don’t expect anything in return but the pure pleasure of each other’s company…. There are so many things that I want to explore, and slowly I am conquering each of my goals. I am not positive where I will end up, but am anxious to find out. I will continue to do my best and to live each day as if it were my last, meeting new people and learning about the world around me. Life was meant to be lived. Curiosity meant to be kept alive. The fatal thing is rejection. One must never, for whatever reason, turn their back on life.
I have faced many challenges and encountered numerous opportunities and people who have been instrumental in shaping my life. I have worked hard for everything that I have and all of these experiences keep me light hearted and eager to learn about the world around me. I have picked up many tips and tricks along my travels about culture, history, mannerisms, food and language. Each time I travel to a new country the locals that I meet are usually under the impression that Americans are uniformed about the World that lies beyond the US borders. I would like to help change that preconceived notion and help educate and inspire people about the World around us and teach them to embrace other cultures and give them a chance to look at life in a whole new perspective… possibly inspire them to travel to a new place.
My biggest World venture to date was 18 months long taking me through, New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Singapore, South Africa, Madagascar, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Guatemala. Some of it was planned and some destinations were very impromptu….All of it was absolutely incredible! I regularly travel in 2-3 week increments (Last trip took me to London, Greece, Italy and France). I love traveling the globe and extending random acts of kindness to better as many lives as possible by volunteering and doing humanitarian work.
