As my career progresses I have found that I increasingly utilize performance metrics, psychometric surveys, and customer relationship management methods in the pursuit of increased customer satisfaction.
Whether my employer's offerings are service or product based, I firmly believe that teams and teamwork is critical for operating in an increasingly dynamic and complex business environment.
