Bio
Trent Johnson, most commonly known as Trent J, is a boundless visionary. Born and raised an only child from Dallas, TX, he takes family very seriously. Encouraging his readers/listeners to discover their passion, and direct it towards a fulfilling purpose, Trent J strives to provide a message of hope, perseverance, and success. He stands on his core principles of Worship, Wisdom, Wellness, and Wealth as the necessary pillars of life in which one must develop to acquire genuine happiness and success in a post-modern society.
An HBCU scholar, Trent J graduated from Prairie View A&M University obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics. During his tenure at PVAMU, his innate gift of leadership was demonstrated by the many positions he held officially and unofficially; including six Presidential positions of student organizations, as well as serving as Executive Vice President of Student Government. However none of these accolades came without adversity.
In the Fall of 2009, Johnson was brought up on charges surrounding Hazing at the University. This resulted in the loss of his Scholarship, Leadership positions, Room & Board, and every ounce of credibility to his name; not to mention a year of deferred suspension. In this time of struggle, Trent recognized the power of influence over position, and his passion to serve and motivate. By leveraging this passion, he adopted a new mantra of ‘It Ain’t About You’ from his mentor, Sheleah Reed, one of selflessness and an uplifting of the community in which he lives. After commencement from college, he was called back in the spring of 2012, receiving the PVAMU Humanitarian Award, the highest award any student, alumnus, faculty or staff can receive from the University.
He currently works in corporate America as a Systems Integration Analyst for Accenture, LLP based in Houston, TX. In addition to his professional career, Trent J ACEO has branded himself to motivate for the better, inspire for the greater, and empower ALL into action. Johnson purposes his passion with heavy involvement in Community Organizations, Mentoring young men & women, and bringing Social Awareness to listeners & readers nationwide via a widespread means of writings, speaking engagements, and social media; not the least of which is consolidated on his personal website: www.LiveACEO.com
