With nearly two decades of experience in mental health and advocacy, Troy specializes in providing affirming, accessible care for queer and transgender individuals across the U.S. His work combines clinical expertise with lived experience, offering a radically supportive approach that helps clients navigate systemic barriers and reclaim their narratives.
When he’s not writing or working with clients, Troy is building new programs to expand queer literacy in mental health care — because change isn't just necessary, it’s overdue.
