Bio
Hi my name is Francis. I have come late to writing poetry though I have been writing music for a while.
I live in Devon, but hail from London. I am a person in long term recovery from chemical dependency. I have been a second hand car dealer, an antique dealer, a drug dealer, an antique restorer / furniture maker and an addictions therapist.
I am currently retired, albeit rather unwillingly, and so I begin to explore my creativity.
My writing appears to have a tendency toward the dark or the angry. My music is very varied, but can also be a bit melancholy at times.
I am currently working on a couple of short stories and have in mind a book about recovery from dependency.
I welcome any comments, critique and feedback.
