Bio

Artist, Singer/Songwriter/Musician. Yoga, Meditation, and Running practitioner. Got clean of everything- except Coffee (which isn't bad) and Chocolate (Dark, which is good) over the course of about 3 decades; booze and cigarettes (the hard drugs for me) being last.
