Bio
I'm a Japanese, who loves food culture, both eating & cooking from all over the world. My world turned up side down when I married a Jewish American man, who doesn’t like fish, rice and some unidentifiable ubiquitous taste he claims is in every asian dish, “asian seasoning”. I had to reinvent my cooking repertoire as well as list of restaurants.
Now, I have a new appreciation for American food, like chicken pot pie or spaghetti meatballs, which I never had before. In a way, my palette expanded. Thanks to my humorously picky husband.
