Bio
I'm a 41 yr old with a resume that would frighten fish. The boneheaded decisions I made for decades of my life, largely due to my intense need to please others in order to feel loved and accepted, led to such heartache. It wasn't until I came to know my Creator and develop an intimate relationship with Him that I learned I wasn't here on this earth just to make everyone else happy (while losing my own soul in the process). I was awakened. I had new heart-level knowledge that left me unable to force myself to just keep going how I had been. So I didn't. I left a career that literally left me dreaming of getting some terminal illness so I wouldn't have to continue on, sought wise counsel, and slowly starting allowing all of my repressed dreams to rise to the surface. My passion for health and fitness took first place and I went for it. After creating a unique exercise method and opening a handful of studio locations, my desire to lead women mentally and spiritually really came to the surface as I was getting healthier and healthier in those areas. What began as leading small groups led to speaking engagements and then my other deeply buried dream started to surface - writing! Now you can find me delighting in my restored marriage, spending time with the Lord, and leading women; mind body and spirit. Whether in the fitness studio, church, business or online space, I am operating from a place of freedom and I want that for you too. I'm so glad you're here.
