Bio
Uberdish is a place for me to share my knowledge and passion for plant-based foods. It's also a wonderful nook to discuss new and upcoming research in plant-based nutrition and its positive effects on our health, our environment and our animal population. The recipes I post are be gluten-free and contain no eggs, dairy, or meat. I also include plenty of delicious raw dishes.
