Hi~ I'm Keri. Environmental Educator by day (for now). Yoga teacher by night (For Life). I am also a Student of Ayurveda and graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition. This blog documents my attempts to show my effort to make the world ( or my community) a kinder place--through random acts of kindness, through vegan cooking, through acts of self love, and through meditations on positive quotes.
