Bio
Born in Mozambique, studied in Paris, France. Now he is living in Lisbon, Portugal. Professor and independent researcher at Instituto Superior Técnico - IST, Universidade de Lisboa - UL. He is currently working on propulsion and energy issues, doing his best to contribute to a new renaissance in science, to understand nature and how to use science and technology for the benefit of mankind.
