Bio

I work hard and fast. I am a very easy creative to get on with. Life is too short to have tantrums; I listen to people's problems and help solve them together in a calm and controlled manner. I am a team player and more importantly a motivator. I love to encourage other people to have that big idea and run with it. OK, sometimes you just need to plant that seed and nurture it, which then leads to the big idea, but seeing people proud of what they have achieved means a lot to me. I can’t stop dreaming up ideas.
