Bio

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a close-range fighting system that relies on sensitivity and body mechanics instead of strength. Its founder and head instructor (Steve Grogan) has been studying since 1995. Aside from group and private lessons, Steve also offers online tips, books, and apps at Upstate Wing Chun's "sister" site, Geek Wing Chun.
