Bio
I am a Tamilian with Delhi as domicile, having lived there for the past forty nine years! Prior to Delhi I have lived for thirteen years in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, till my 19th year after having gone there as a three-year-old. Post Delhi, I shifted to Bengaluru and live here ever since October 2016.
I have my own non-profit organization for empowering women through "Synergies & Symbiotic relationships" called 'Women's Synergy' registered in Delhi as a Public Charitable Trust that is currently operating in Delhi-NCR-Bengaluru (Karnataka).
By profession, I am a freelance Trainer, facilitator and a writer, author, psycho-social counselor, mentor and coach. I have a flair for writing, poetry, besides reading, cooking, crafts, Carnatic music and travel as my hobbies! I love interacting with children and have written poems for them as well! I have a spiritualistic bent of mind and am keen on attending religious and philosophical lectures and programs by saintly scholars and the learned which I do, whenever I spot a spare niche of time!
I authored my debut book 'Poetic Reflections - A Participatory Workbook on Happiness, Health & Relationships', a mind training book which uses both poetry and workbook formats.
