Bio
I am a first time mother to a 4 year old little girl. My husband and I have lived in Japan for 10 years now and we teach English as a foreign language. Our daughter was born in Ofunato, Japan. Our family survived the earthquake and tsunami that devastated our town last March. We are thankful to be alive and thankful to still have each other. We lost our home and we are currently living in temporary housing provided by the government. I am a lactivist and attachment parenting advocate. My husband is an awesome father and has always fully supported my breastfeeding. Violet and I nurse anywhere and everywhere. She is a joyful and bright little girl. She is the light of our lives.
