Bio
With a background in mathematics , I set off in my career as an insurance professional. The elation and excitement of the first pay check , the first promotion and those moments of anticipated future possibilities are indeed invaluable emotions. However ,gradually my heart and mind drifted apart and work was nothing but a forced task for me. The question that reiterated within me was - how can you tell if this thought was just “one of those days” or something more serious?
With that question in mind and an urge to gaze inward , I quit my job. While leaving the job created a short term inconvenience, I was certain that it may be the best option for my long-term satisfaction. Without relentlessly talking about my failures and other endeavor , I would instead want the readers to know what triggered within me to start a blog that links travel to spirituality.
It all boils down from that moment when you discover that you are very different from how you conceptualized yourself to be. Travel has often been termed as therapy where you can make a conscious decision to detach yourself from the routine environments. However the key here is to walk on a path that leads to transformation and a sense of awakening of your inner being.
Amidst the busy streets of an unknown country ,the identification of the silent call of your soul and the urge to seize that moment as an indelible image is what i believe is meditation.
With a few experiences in hand , and many more to come , I intend to provide elaborate travel details along with some authentic information on traditional art forms used by spiritual seekers across the globe.
