Vernita is an inspirational evangelist and a multiple-award Christian author. When Vernita was a child, she enjoyed springboarding, climbing trees, and riding a bike with her best friend, Dale Williams. Known to most as Neat or Nita, come and travel with the little girl who grew up reading the Bible to her grandmother, who was blind. As a Majestic Dance Worshiper, she loves honoring and expressing her love for God by using tools like Streamers, Flags, and Veils and teaching at Praise and Worship Conferences.
She contributes her devotionals to FaithWriters and her blog. She devotes her time using God’s Word - My Voice to; encourage and inspire people to see that greatness lies in them and that they can do what they thought they never could. Vernita says; I choose to bless my readers with something inspiring that deals with every season of life. I offer them something to read that will not leave them feeling the same as before they read it. Her inspirational readings have earned her the glorious honor of being the featured guest on the Raven Price Talk Interview. Carol Graham, a Radio Talk Show Host of Never Give Up Hope, also headlined her. Elder Tannie Hill of; Be the Voice featured her extraordinary journey of transiting from a single parent on welfare to publishing her first four books within a year. She has also celebrated on Dove Tales with Deborah Lassiter. Vernita’s remarkable work, You Are Good Enough, remains an invaluable gift for teens and countless others. The CBA awarded her a 2021 GOLD MEDAL award winner for the Teen category and a SILVER MEDAL award winner for the Adult Non-Fiction category!
