Bio
I am currently the Vice-President of the International Federation of Popular Sports, an international association of walking clubs with over 40 national member countries around the world. My chief responsibilities are in the field of communications.
A large part of my retirement plan was to do as much walking as I can. I have done organized walks in Canada, the US, 5 European countries, and 4 in Asia. I enjoy walking to explore new places, make new friends, learn more about different cultures, keep active and keep healthy. When you get down to it, walking is healthful, instructive, and interesting. It's the least expensive form of exercise one can do with the greatest amount of personal return.
