Bio
Dr Wayne Atkinson is an Senior Elder of the Yorta Yorta and Dja Dja Wurrong Nations of the Central Victorian and Murray-Goulburn region, Australia. He is a Senior Lecturer and Fellow at the University of Melbourne. He also likes to hang out on the ancestral lands of old Dungula (Murray River). This year Wayne has published a book with his partner Catherine Guinness. The title of the book is "Beyond the Meeting of the Waters. A Yorta Yorta Life Story" 2025.
