Bio
For 50 years I've check the scores, standings, and injury list of the Montreal Canadiens. I don't know why, I just do. And I don't care what Don Cherry has to say about how people should cheer for the local team. I've lived in Toronto, Ottawa, and Calgary, and I didn't like these teams one bit. (Except the Flames were nice to me once, but that's not really important.)Anyway, it's only Don Cherry, so who cares. I live now in Powell River, BC, on the Sunshine Coast north of Vancouver, and I can see over in the distance, Vancouver Island. I'm a newspaper columnist and a BC Ferry worker, but please don't hold that against me.
