Steve Christian offers 30 years experience in the residential and commercial real estate investment, marketing, sales and financing industry. He has established his successful career through high levels of leadership and management throughout his tenure using a very “hands on” approach to achieve results. As a recognized leader, Steve has a reputation for judicious use of resources putting the client’s needs at the forefront. His enterprising approach and unique blend of experience allows him to customize programs to clients individually through educating each customer, making a positive impact in the outcome. Having a wealth of technical expertise in special assets, loan workouts and credit administration, Steve has been instrumental in building responsive teams that consistently deliver results by aligning technology initiatives and business goals with substantial improvement to service delivery, standardization and business systems.
Steve started his entrepreneurial journey at age 15 by collaborating with his brother, creating two separate companies that they jointly owned and operated throughout high school and college. One was a commercial cleaning service in which they services 3 office locations and the other a real estate sign installation company servicing as many as 7 separate firms throughout Southern California.
Steve began his career in the Real Estate industry at age 19, selling 8 homes his 1st month in the business and 23 homes his 1st quarter. Steve maintained his momentum which earned him recognition as top listing, selling and rookie of the year for one of the largest independent real estate firms in North Orange County and one of the top producing Realtors nationwide throughout his Real Estate selling career. As an investor Steve purchased his first home at age 19 ½ and had personally acquired 7 individual properties by age of 23 while expanding his career in the Real Estate business. Eventually Steve expanded his interests in the Real Estate industry by becoming Owner/Manager of his own residential and commercial brokerage business specializing in small to medium size residential development acquisition and financing, included raw land, mezzanine funding, vertical construction and residential resales and mortgage management. This personal experience in real estate endorses his insight on the processes and has expanded his knowledge of the business to expert levels.
Steve prides himself on his mentorship roles with colleagues, clients, family and friends, and holds his relationships at the highest of regard. With so many years in the trenches of real estate investments, sales and financing it has become not what he does, but who he is.
