Writer, retired teacher and counsellor. Published 3 non-fiction books and short stories with Harper Collins, Northwords, Splinters and The Scotsman. Main interest Historical Fiction. Published fiction with Thunderpoint 'Mick', the story of a cruelly fostered boy, and 'Shiaba', set in the Hebrides during the Great Famine of 1846 with sequel 'Return to Shiaba'
