Hi, I'm Willy. Welcome to my WIN Home Inspection - South San Jose blog. I believe that my primary role as your property inspector is to educate you as to the current condition of a property, allowing you to reach an informed decision on your purchase or sale. But my role does not stop there.
We live in an age for the “Eco Friendly” home. Building regulations are constantly evolving and today more than ever, new regulations apply to both new construction and home renovation and upgrades. Through this blog my goal is to provide information and promote conversation on home maintenance, the evolving building regulations, and shed light on inspection process for home owners, potential home buyers and real estate professional alike.
They say that all work and no play will make Willy a dull boy. Away from work my passion is DRAG RACING, and from time to time I look forward to sharing some of that passion as well.
