Bio

Loretta has been on the leading edge and pushed the envelope of how organizations can transform from stagnant and internally focused, to vibrant, continuously learning and adaptive. Her record as an early adopter of internet tools for virtual teams, and more recently in the use of social media for deep collaboration, is chronicled in her consulting and publications, including her recent chapter,Challenging our Assumptions: Making Sense of the Sharing of Social Knowledge, in John Girard's Social Knowledge: Using Social Media to Know What You Know. As a healthcare executive, Loretta's ability to revitalize organizations through Appreciative Inquiry and Action Learning have allowed her internal and external clients to engage their managers and increase staff involvement towards bottom-line success. With her guidance, these organizations have built their bench strength as they achieved higher level skills in analysis, planning and implementation.
