Bio
An award-winning writer, photographer and winemaker, Wally also enjoys playing jazz guitar.
After winning First Place in Pennsylvania and Second Place Internationally for his "Sweet Concord Wine" in 2007, Wally began to write the Crafty Winemaking Series of instructional books covering every aspect of amateur winemaking. It is a welcome addition to winemaking instruction, not too easy and not too technical. This is a series of books written to celebrate learning and to enjoy wine and winemaking.
When not writing or making wine, Wally can usually be found practicing Jazz Guitar in his lifelong quest to play jazz well.
