Bio
I write in the way that I taught my classes - interesting stories with educational information included. It is opinionated advice freely offered and occasionally given without notice. These are real life, real live, simple explanations and opinions about interesting medical issues, traditional medicine, and alternative treatments from a pharmacist and researcher who is also a mother, wife, sister, neighbor, teacher and friend.
