Bio
Walt Schulz started his venture in the mortgage industry in 1998 at Community Mortgage in Oregon. Walt has been a mortgage planner for over 9 years. During that time, he started his own mortgage company and was co-owner of Central Valley Lending. In 2005, Walt decided to leave Oregon and his partnership. He made the move to Maryland with his family and joined Nations Home Funding, where he soared to the top of the list of mortgage originators. In 2007 Walt joined Countrywide Home Loans. Walt’s business is by referral only, due to the strong relationships he has grown and maintained with his business partners and clients.
