Mr. Jacob believes that an organization’s growth is dependent upon its leadership, and leaders get paid to identify opportunity. Obviously Mr. Jacob believes that a huge opportunity lies in having entire organizations closing at the highest percentage possible.
Jacob has tens of Thousands of heroes. And no, they are not Batman, and Spiderman type superheroes. Mr. Jacob’s heroes are the teen volunteers who make up The Friendship Circle. The Friendship Circle is a unique organization with a refreshing approach to helping families of special needs. Jacob, who is a Founder of ‘The Friendship Circle”, says, “The teen volunteers throughout the world who participate in their local Friendship Circles are my heroes. When I was a teenager, all I could think about was getting more customers for my newspaper route, how I could wax more cars in my car waxing business, or how well I was going to play in my next big game. I never thought about volunteering, and it is why I am so proud of this organization, and the incredible work of the teen volunteers.”
Jacob says he is blessed to been surrounded by so many talented people. Jacob says, “ I owe so much to so many.
