Bio
Steve started practising Iyengar yoga in 1995 and since 1998 he has visited India to study. He has been taught by B.K.S. Iyengar, his son Prashant and his daughter Geeta and many of their senior teachers in India, Europe and the USA.
He has been teaching full time since 2002 and co-founded and directed the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Birmingham until 2010. He now teaches private students and weekly classes in St. Albans and Harpenden, Herts., where he also lives with his family.
He is an intermediate junior level 3 Iyengar teacher™.
He is also qualified and insured to teach yoga for pregnancy, postnatal and remedial yoga. He has taught Professional cricketers, footballers and athletes as well as many dedicated students from Hertfordshire.
