Hello welcome to my blog, my name is Yolanda and I am a mother, reflexologist and lover of all things natural.
I've always been into natural health and healthy living but haven't always put my interests into practice, however since becoming a reflexologist I have been inspired to take a big step by making some positive health, wellbeing and lifestyle changes. I feel that by writing this blog, I can share helpful tips and perhaps inspire others to also make positive changes in regards to their health and wellbeing.
